This large-scale management and leadership training programme for a geographically diverse technology company, was commissioned to upskill Middle Managers and Senior Leaders across the organisation and to support better performance, increased employee engagement levels and talent development.
Verosa worked closely with our client partners to conduct an in-depth needs analysis across the business, identifying skills, knowledge and behavioural gaps and challenges.
Our facilitators developed a comprehensive organisation-wide in-house leadership development programme. We designed a modular, blended learning experience, based around the delivery of four, face to face classroom training days and supporting online coursework.

Two senior Verosa trainers facilitated the live training. The content was based on well-supported management and leadership theory and models, from the traditional and well-known to the latest, more cutting-edge thinking. The programme delivery style combined theoretical input with dynamic, fresh and engaging practical exercises.
Participants worked alone on reflective exercises, and in pairs or syndicate groups for discussion and practical exercises and were supported by online offerings: Verosa’s online resource library (webinars, videos, Podcasts, links to articles, blogs and bibliography); Worksheet Exercises; Virtual Action Learning Sets and Peer Support Networks. Participants also had access to 1:1 coaching sessions with the Verosa facilitators.
Impact Assessment
Ahead of the live programmes, Verosa facilitated focus-groups to collect qualitative and quantitative data on where managers of managers across the business observed training and skills gaps.
Self-assessment surveys were conducted with all participants prior to the programmes, and immediately following each module facilitators collated first level response feedback.
