About Verosa
Verosa was founded in 2018 by
Beth Hood.
Following a unique and exciting career the very top of the British Government in which Beth used social science and business psychology in a range of operational, strategy and policy contexts, she wanted to make the move to help other organisations realise and capitalise on the value of great leadership behaviours.
"I realised that at the root of all great results was a commitment to increased self-awareness and a deep-seated passion for growth. Almost all of this can be laid at the feet of leaders. From them flows the organisational eco-system that will fly or fail by their hand."
Verosa's Values
Beth founded Verosa on this basis: that all development journeys – be them at a macro, organisation-wide level, or a micro,
individual-level – come from a place first of enlightenment and then change.
Hence Verosa, which is a combination of her children’s names – Verity (from Veritas, meaning truth),
and Rosa (symbolising growth and beauty).
