Bounce is our half-day, online public resilience and wellbeing course aimed at individuals looking for practical tools and techniques to support wellbeing, build resilience and improve performance.


The workshop is a mix of interactive, practical and reflective styles, based around series of well-structured exercises to apply to your own situation. Delegates will have space for discussing and connecting with the other attendees about how to navigate personal and professional challenges, working with a focus on mental, emotional, physical and social wellbeing.

As a result of attending this course participants will: 


  • Understand more about optimising personal wellbeing 
  • Re-examine your work / life boundaries and set routines for yourself to help clarify when you are on and off duty from work
  • Explore your personal stress triggers and the techniques for managing them
  • Learn more about the three key elements of resilience and discover practical ways of increasing personal and professional resilience.
  • Complete a personal wellbeing score card and develop actions that will improve ratings
