In her time as a business leader, Rebecca served in various executive roles overseeing Product Management, Technical Program Management, Customer Experience and Operations within global and scaled digital technology groups at companies including HBO & WarnerMedia. 

When Rebecca transitioned into her most recent corporate role as Vice President, People Growth & Leadership Development at WarnerMedia, she leveraged her first-hand experience navigating the challenges that business leaders face to create compelling, approachable and engaging learning experiences for thousands of managers and executives. 

In her Executive Coaching & Leadership Consulting practice, she works across a range of subjects and is particularly skilled in the areas of Agile Leadership, Career Development, Effective Communication & Change Management.
