Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of people operations and talent management, honed over years of experience in roles such as Chief People Officer and Director of People & Product at various organisations. She has a track record of guiding companies through complex challenges, including scaling operations, IPO preparation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Education is a cornerstone of her professional journey. She holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Modern Foreign Languages from Syracuse University.
